Topcat Engineering has been in business serving the yachting community since 1993.   Owner, Tom Gilbert of Anacortes, Washington, is a competitive and accomplished sailor who turned his love of sailing into a business.    Almost 15 years later, integrity, in-depth knowledge of the maritime industry, and personalized approach to serving clients has served well to build the business into one that crafts communications and computing solutions specific to the needs of our clients.
